Okeene Germanfest

Okeene Historic Preservation Group hosts its 10th annual Germanfest on Saturday, September 27, on the corner junction of State Hwys 51 and 8 in downtown Okeene. Admission is $5, but free for adults if dressed in traditional German costume! Food and drinks begin at 11 AM. There will be games and fun including cornhole and ax throwing plus trivia throughout the afternoon. German bake-off starts at 6 PM followed by auction of entries then stein races at 7:30 PM. Dancing begins at 8:30 PM.
