DESCRIPTION:Get wet this summer by diving into these swimming holes in Northwest Oklahoma: \n  \nAlva \nCory Washburn Family Memorial Swimming Pool\, 1402 Flynn\, Alva\, is opening on Memorial Day (Monday\, May 25) with a free sponsored swim. Hours are 1-6 p.m. every day. Cost is $3 for kids ages 3-17\, $5 for adults\, and $2 for seniors ages 65 and older. Season passes are $75 per individual or $225 per family up to four and add $25 for each additional family member. Swim party packages available. Call (580) 327-6100 to book. \nFUN FACT: Alva’s pool and bathhouse were built by the WPA in 1939 but had issues the past several years until it was refurbished and reopened last summer. \n  \nCarmen \nCarmen Pool\, 503 3rd\, Carmen\, will remain closed this year. The town is seeking donations and grants to repair and restore the community swimming hole. \n  \nEnid \nChamplin Pool\, 400 W. Cherokee\, Enid\, is opening Tuesday\, May 26.
