HENNESSEY—The town of Hennessey plans to kick off their Fourth of July early with a car, truck, and bike expo June 28-29. Hennessey Rev Up and Roll Out weekend will feature go-kart races, a car show, and fireworks.
Outlaw Motorsports, 112 S. Arapaho, Hennessey, presents high performance midget go-kart racing on Saturday, June 28. At noon is a meet and greet with go-kart drivers at the Hennessey Town Pool, 401 N. Mitchell. Races will begin at 7 p.m. at the Hennessey Rodeo Arena, 200 S. Arapaho. The car show is slated for Sunday, June 29, along Hennessey’s Main Street from noon to 5 p.m. Check out classic, antique muscle, hotrods, custom sports, exotics, lowriders, and tuners. Hennessey’s Fourth of July celebration will conclude the weekend with a fireworks show on Sunday, June 29, at 9:30 p.m. behind the Hennessey Public Schools’ football field on Mitchell Road.
